MATCH-UPS FOR DAY 5

Day five of the Judo Pro League!

This Tuesday, Sainte Geneviève Sports Judo, top of their group, will take on a Normandie Judo team who, on home soil, will be keen to take revenge after a particularly tight encounter in the first leg which saw the Genovéfains win on points (3-3 - 31 to 30 on pts). A win for the Normans would see them qualify and return to the race for top spot in Group A.

In Pool B, the Dojo Béglais will host group leaders AM Asnières Judo 92 for their first Judo Pro League win and a final against Nantes in the race for second place.

At the same time, Corsica Judo will travel to Auriol near Marseille to take on OM Judo. This confrontation is of particular importance, as although Corsica are at the top of the standings, OM Judo are close behind, driven by a spirit of revenge after suffering a 5-3 defeat in their previous clash.

Judo Nice Métropole will be aiming to secure a win to regain top spot in Group C on the final day of Matchday 5, ahead of a final for first place on the next day against ES Blanc-Mesnil. At the same time, Judo des Hauts-de-France will travel to Orléans in search of the win they need to keep their hopes of reaching the quarter-finals alive.
