1- PROCESSED DATA

We collect and use only the personal data that are strictly necessary to organize and manage the Judo Pronos Challenge Platform and the events it offers: game, survey, newsletter, communication of commercial offers, prize-giving, ... and data security.

In order to carry out these actions, we collect various categories of personal data:

  • general personal information: surname, first name, date of birth, postal address (for prize-giving).
  • connection data: IP address, identification and authentication information when using the Paris Judo Pro League 2025 Platform (logging, technical logs, computer traces, browsing cookies).

The data we use is collected directly from the persons concerned via the "Judo Pronos Challenge" platform.

2- THE PURPOSES AND BASIS OF THE DATA PROCESSING CARRIED OUT

France Judo processes your personal data mainly on the basis of your prior consent:

  • Manage your participation in contests,
  • Communicate about France Judo's commercial partners,
  • Communicate the France Judo Newsletter to share news, opportunities...

France Judo's legitimate interest in carrying out the following activities

We may also collect and use personal data to serve a legitimate interest in :

  • Defend France Judo's property and people.
  • Organize contests.
  • Securing information systems and data: logging connections, incident management...
  • Ensure personal safety.
  • Statistical studies: processed data may be aggregated into anonymized statistics for the purposes of surveys and studies.

3- DATA SECURITY

France Judo undertakes to protect the personal data it collects as part of the Paris Judo Pro League 2025 Platform or that it uses against loss, destruction, alteration, access or uncontrolled disclosure.

Accordingly, France Judo implements appropriate technical, legal and organizational measures, depending on the nature of the data and the risks involved in processing it. These measures must preserve the security and confidentiality of your personal data.

The data collected is hosted in France by a service provider that is audited on a regular basis. The service providers managing the various webservices have been selected on the basis of their ability to comply with the security requirements defined by France Judo: data flow and storage encryption, data partitioning and use, access management in line with the principle of least privilege and in compliance with the requirements of the relevant cyber security agencies, etc.

4- RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

In order to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes, we transmit the personal data collected only :

  • to our staff members, for the data concerning them, in view of the intended purpose;
  • our service providers and subcontractors performing services on our behalf;
  • partners involved in the management of games and bets (in particular for awards and prizes);
  • certain regulated professions such as lawyers, notaries and auditors;
  • to our insurance company ;
  • financial or judicial authorities, or public administrations and bodies, on request and within the limits permitted by regulations.

France Judo does not share the data of its data subjects with its partners except in exceptional cases that justify your prior consent.

5- TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Personal data collected and processed directly by France Judo is not transferred outside European territory.

France Judo uses Google Search Console to optimize your user experience. Google informs you here its uses of your data.

The United States has been the subject of an adequacy decision published by the European Union and is therefore recognized as offering a satisfactory level of respect for your rights.

6- RETENTION PERIODS FOR PERSONAL DATA

We keep the personal data collected for the period necessary to fulfill our legal and regulatory obligations or for another period defined in consideration of the pursuit of our legitimate interests, the execution of our commitments, the monitoring and traceability of our actions, the monitoring of the execution of the affiliation contract, the monitoring of the execution and management of the license, our operational constraints and responses to requests from judicial or administrative authorities.

7- YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM

The RGPD provides data subjects with rights they can exercise.

The following are planned:

  • Right to information: the right to clear, precise and complete information on the use of your personal data;
  • Right of access: the right to obtain a copy of the personal data that France Judo holds about you (if this information is available directly via a portal, for example, France Judo can refer you to this direct source);
  • Right of rectification: the right to have your personal data rectified if they are incomplete, inaccurate or obsolete;
  • The right to erasure, also known as the right to oblivion: the right, under certain conditions, to have your data erased or deleted, with the exception of certain data concerning the security of data, goods and persons (defense or prevention);

Exercising your rights with Google or another American company.

Under the Data Privacy Framework, you can request the rectification, deletion or restriction of the use of your data by an American company if this data proves to be false or inaccurate. This request is made to the CNIL, and does not constitute a complaint, but a request to exercise your rights.

France Judo is not authorized to intervene in this process.
