The Judo Pro League is back for a 3rd edition with a new format for the elimination phases, for more suspense and spectacle!

No more pools for the elimination phases, the franchises are now grouped together in a single ranking, with the top 8 teams at the end of the elimination phases validating their ticket to the quarter-finals. Each team will play 4 matches in the elimination phases (2 home and 2 away) against opponents chosen at random, to hope for a chance to emulate last year's winners, Judo Nice Métropole. The final ranking of the elimination phase will be important, as it will determine the quarter-final line-ups: the 1st will face the 8th, the 2nd the 7th, the 3rd the 6th, and the 4th the 5th.

From the quarter-finals onwards, matches are played in a knockout format, with the winners at this stage of the competition going straight into the Final Four, to be held in Paris on January 18.
