On January 6, 2024, the Paris Dojo will host the Final Four of the 2nd edition of the Judo Pro League. This year's Final Four will bring together Judo Nice Métropole and AM Asnières Judo 92, already present at this same stage of the competition last year, as well as the SGS Judo and ES Blanc-Mesnil Judo teams. Until January 6, find out how each of the 4 semi-finalists reached the last four, with Judo Nice Métropole today!
Pool C will have two representatives at the Final Four. Alongside ES Blanc-Mesnil Judo and Montpellier Judo Olympic, Judo Nice Métropole has made its way to its 2nd Final Four. Things got off to the best possible start for the Nice-based club, which won the opening-day clash with ES Blanc-Mesnil 3-2, thanks to a last-fight victory by Guerman Andreev. Mohammed Otmane's team then made a short trip to Montpellier, from where they won the bonus point after a well-controlled 5-1 victory. The return match against the Héraultais was no different: Judo Nice Métropole relied on its lightweights to take an early lead, inflicting 8 ippon to his opponent of the evening. Due to a power cut in the Nice region during the 8th match, the match was stopped and Nice was declared the winner by a score of 6-3. With 3 consecutive wins, Judo Nice Métropole came into the final match qualified and firmly in the leader's seat, but ES Blanc-Mesnil got their revenge by winning with the offensive bonus point (5-2) to steal first place from the Nissarde outfit.

With this defeat, the team-mates of Tizie Gnamien and Florine Soula are forced to make a perilous trip to Corsica to face a Corsica Judo team that took advantage of the short break between the qualifying rounds and the quarter-finals to strengthen its squad by bringing in international judokas. The match was fierce and intense, with both teams going head-to-head, and at the end of the 8th bout, the score was tied at 3 all. But Les Niçois finally came out on top, thanks to the work of Valentine Marchand and Guerman Andreev, who ensured that last year's finalists would once again travel to the Paris Dojo on January 6 to take part in the Final Four!
