A new era for the Judo Club Venellois
A veritable sporting institution in the north of Aix-en-Provence, with 600m2 of premises right in the heart of town, 20 employees and over 1,000 members taking part in the innumerable activities on offer - from martial arts to fitness, dance and yoga - the Judo Club has added a new string to its bow. Venellois by lining up under the name of "Venelles Judo 13" on this Judo Pro League 2025/2026. Anything but a coincidence, according to Technical Director Dominique. And if we're talking about maintaining our position for this first year, it's to better plan ahead and explode in the future.

Ambitions fuelled by experience
Good results this season would go a long way to erasing the memory of the narrow elimination of the OM Judo, under whose colors several Venelloisin last year's quarter-finals. "By switching to a waza-ari of the Final Four, this defeat has inevitably stuck in our craw, but this experience, which taught us a lot, will certainly be very useful this season," assures Kamel. MohamediWe're coming in with a group in which each member will add value to the others. We've come up with a group in which each member will bring the added value of his or her experience and career to the other members of the team, in a dynamic of positive progress that fits in perfectly with the club's ambitions." His motto, "Where the heart beats the loudest", is only waiting to be verified...
