Asnières takes advantage to accumulate seven hundred points that will weigh heavily at the end of the eliminations when the totals are calculated.

Valuable asset for Auxerre Judo last season, the Ukrainian Klymov Vsevolod (-90kg) was once again on point this Wednesday with a quick victory in juji-gatame over David Gnafoua. He passed the baton to the 2026 Cadet World Champion Astan Sacko (+70kg), who imposed his power on Eugénie Louvieaux until the hansokumake. Rather than let the doubt settle in the Asnières camp, Marc-François Ngayap (+90kg), winner of the Label Excellence tournament in Nantes last month, immediately sent Elton Azizi to the mat on ashi-guruma before immobilizing him to reduce the gap. The 2025 France Champion in -48kg, Morgane Annis (-52kg), then imitated her by concluding her duel with Maissa Ben Salah in ne-waza. Everything therefore had to be redone in this match, with a fifth inconclusive bout on paper between Evan Leclerc and Mohammed Berrabah. More mobile, the 2026 French University Champion was trying various approaches in all directions, before finding the key on a quick takedown that sent the spectators leaping to their feet.

A second one-way period
On returning to the locker room, it was the experience of Meriem Medjouri, also a gold medalist in Nantes, who spoke out against the young Lilya Mezageur, a volunteer who went into the bout but was taken aback by the Asnière fighter’s o-uchi-gari. And what to say about the devastating sumi-gaeshi unleashed from the very first sequence by Hans-Jorris Ahibo (-73kg), at the expense of Moubarak Boulaich? A projection that earned the bronze medalist of the 2025 Universiade the trophy for the most beautiful ippon of the evening. At 5-2 and three more bouts to be played, a draw was enough for Asnières to win. This was the scenario in -63kg, where the third of the last European junior championships, Doria Boursas and Maïllys Zihri, bronze medalists at the recent Label Excellence tournament in Noisy-le-Grand, left each other in the opposite corner. Without pressure, Tom Libert Essombe (-81kg) showed himself inspired in the immediate aftermath to score three yukos before veteran Mohamed Merikhi received his third disqualifying shido. And it was Farah Bedar (-70kg) who finally added a little more punch to the score by imposing his sankaku-jime on Aya Hamdi, the vice African junior champion in 2025. The joy was great for the locals, who will have rewarded their supporters with five ippons during the evening.

Bottling up for the Top 8
Having already been defeated in Boulogne-Billancourt in mid-October by a score of 7-1, Auxerre Judo is clearly not happy in the Hauts-de-Seine region, and will have no choice but to perform well at home against RSC Montreuil (1).er December) and Montpellier Judo Olympic (January 12), if he wants to repeat his performance from the 2024/2025 season, with qualification for the Final Four and then a point loss against US Orléans LJJ at the Paris Dojo. Head to the Côte d’Azur and Nice on December 8 for the protégés of the trio Fabrice Ruimy-Guillaume Etchegaray-Rayan Hamdaoui, before a final day to be played on January 15 in the Val-d’Oise against Arts Martiaux Saint-Gratien. Two opponents whose records are currently identical to Rouge et Noir, with one victory and one defeat.
